Refund & Cancellation Policy

We cook every order fresh. Here is how cancellations and refunds work.

Cancelling an order

Call us right away at (613) 252-4771. If we haven't started cooking, we will cancel and refund in full. Once preparation has started, we may not be able to refund.

Problems with your order

If something is missing, incorrect or not up to standard, contact us within 24 hours with your order number. We will offer a replacement, credit or refund for the affected items.

Delivery issues

For late or undelivered orders, contact us and we will work with our delivery partner to resolve it.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank may take 5–10 business days to show it.
